Joyya works with multiple shipping agents to get your products delivered to you in the most economical way given your timing requirements for delivery. We use FedEx, DHL or UPS depending on whatever is best for your order.
India warehouse delivery times are between 4-10 business days. Occasionally, India or your local customs office may conduct a deeper inspection of an order which can delay delivery of a shipment. This is not a common occurrence and our customer care team will be in contact with the shipping agent if this were to occur. Rest assured that Joyya will keep you up to date with any delays and ongoing resolution.
Due to the custom nature of these products and the cost of international shipping, we are not able to accept returns on products.
We take quality control seriously and we hope that you are always 100% delighted with your order. We would ask that you complete an inspection of your order within 7 days of receipt and if there is a quality issue with your order, please notify us at email@example.com with details and photographs of the issue. Joyya customer care will work with you to find a resolution to the issue.
